Conditions of Nominations
Crime Stoppers recognizes that often the men and women of our police services go above and beyond to make PEI a better and safer province, both on and off duty. The “Police Officers of the Year” Award is an event designed to recognize that calling. Awards will be presented in two categories; one to a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and one to a member of a Municipal Police Service. Nominees must be currently working in the province of Prince Edward Island. Nominees should have exhibited outstanding qualities “above and beyond the call of duty” during the 2021 - 2022 calendar years.

Nominations will be accepted from the general public or any Police Officer. Individuals may submit more than one nomination; however, a separate form must accompany each nomination. Awards will be presented at a luncheon at the RODD Charlottetown Hotel on Thursday the 6th day of October 2022.
