In the early morning hours at approximately 2:00 a.m., on January 9th, 2017, suspect(s) broke into the Shell Gas Station in Bloomfield, PE, stealing the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) from inside. The suspects caused damage to the business and managed to get away with the ATM.

The RCMP Major Crimes Unit, Police Dog Services and Forensic Identification Units were called to the scene to assist with the investigation. The East Prince RCMP are currently investigating a break-in at a local business in the Community of Wellington.

During the early morning hours of December 19th, 2016, suspects broke into a local gas station and convenience store and attempted to steal the Automated Teller Machine (ATM). The suspects caused damage to the business but were not able to get away with the ATM.

On the same night the Riverhouse Inn on Brook street reported damage to "Shorty's" ice cream kiosk located behind the Inn. Culprit(s) damaged the empty kiosk and threw a park bench into the ravine.

On Wednesday, June 22nd 2016 CPS members responded to a report of a break and enter which occurred at a residence on Rockcliffe Avenue. Entry was gained through a bedroom window and occurred sometime within the previous twenty-four hours. A television and laptop computer were stolen during the break in. The Forensic Identification Unit attended and processed the scene. The matter remains under investigation. Sometime on the evening of February 21st or the early hours of February 22nd, 2016 a person or persons broke into the Mill River Resort located in Woodstock, P.E. The person(s) stole cash and possibly left on foot or in a vehicle of some type.
